Getting the keys tomorrow

Hi All,

All being well and nothing untoward happens in the next 16 hours we will pick up the keys to our new house tomorrow ....well not new exactly more 1930 ish....so we will no longer be squatters at Sarah's more casual residents!!!.....we won't be moving in properly until the New Year due to the work that needs doing...have you seen how much so called 'tradesmen' charge these days So looking forward to being home owners again....council tax, utility bills, TV Licence, telephone bills etc, etc.....so if you have any spare cash send it this way.....post dated cheques acceptable

At last your own home, no cash to spare but got some spare paint brushes and lots of part used tin of paint and lots of DIY tools that I no longer use.

Good news about your homeless situation. If you need extra cash you could always sell the big issue like other vagrants.....
