The Defence Medical Services Training Group will be holding a Relocation Ceremony Parade on the 23Jan2014 this parade will celebrate the end of Medical Training at Keogh Barracks and the start of a new era of Defence Medical Training at DMS(W) Litchfield.

Serving and Ex members of the DMS and AMS are welcome to attend and watch the parade and visit the AMS Museum on the 23JAN14.

Attached is a return that must be completed and returned to the undersigned so that numbers can be gauged and security arrangements and access granted.

All returns must have been received by the undersigned electronically or by post by 15JAN2014. A collated list will then be sent to the DCOS DMSTG by COP 17JAN14

The MEL for the event is as follows:

1400hrs – All attendees to be in the parade viewing area on the parade square.
1415hrs – Parade forms up.
1430hrs – Parade Steps off.
1445hrs – Ceremony Commences
1530hrs – Parade retires.

Dress for the Event is Suits and female equivalent.

All attendees must ensure they are on the square by 1400hrs and should therefore plan to arrive at Keogh Barracks no earlier than 1300hrs to allow time for access, security checks, parking and moving to the square.

Attendees are welcome to arrive earlier if they wish to visit the AMS Museum prior to the parade but an estimated time of arrival is required as training remains ongoing.
