Good news week....now in new (old house) house but still a 'minor' building site...sleeping on inflatable mattress!!!.....no phone in yet and no tele so radio and log burner....no cooker until later in the month so camping gas for Lin...only one nearer neighbour....very peaceful indeed....down at Sarah's (15 mins away) this evening to check emails then back to the Suffolk sticks.

1... Oncology OPD yesterday.... Latest PSA result - 0.44 up from 0.38 and 0.22. Consultant happy with that so now on watch and wait and PSA in six months then if no great increase OPD in one year

2. Installed new cooker on Wednesday - so now have 'proper' meals cooked by my 'brilliant' Chef Lin. Camping gas stove et al returned to daughter Sarah...with thanks.

3. Twin grandchildren (11) just been awarded scholarships to Ipswich School

4. Just found out.... Postman delivers mail at 7 am...not been up earlier enough until yesterday to find out...how about that?.

Not good news....new home turning into a renovation project....thankfully I 'enjoy' DIY - stamina (age) not what it was of course so taking more time than thought
