The Late Pauline Barker

Dear all,

It is with sadness that I have to inform you that Pauline Barker passed away last night at 20.30hrs in the Royal Surrey Hospital following a long illness.

Pauline was unique in that she was the first female to train as an OTT way back in 1955. She was married to the late Frank (Major) 'Lex' Barker a fellow OTT.

Mervyn White informed me today, as an old family friend (Best Man at Pauline and Lex's wedding) Mervyn will be assisting daughter Susanne in making the necessary arrangements and has kindly offered to represent OTT Reunited at Pauline's funeral.

I will arrange for a condolence card to be sent to Susanne on behalf of the members of OTT Reunited and for Pauline's name to be added (next to Lex) on the 'In Memoriam Page' of the website.
