Last call for P&P
Dear All,

Last call for P&P...... 25 attending as at today.
If you can make it we would love to see you there. Details below.
Shane Pollin has kindly agreed to provide the pies.

Friday: meet, greet and chill.
Saturday: visit NMA and lunch in local pub.
Sunday: Attend local church service and remembrance parade.

PINT & PIE GIG (PPG)

Dates: Arrive Friday 9th November 2018 - Depart: Sunday 11th 2018. (Or Thursday - Monday as appropriate)

Venue: Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa.

Address: The Park, Market Bosworth, CV13 0LP.

POC at Hotel: Ruth.

Hotel Direct Line: 01455 291919

Rate pppn: £59 (Dinner, B&B).

BOOKING (Please note).

Unlike in previous years we are now required to book via Britannia Central

Booking on Telephone No: 0161 9239170

Quote Booking Code: OTT0091118

You will be asked for a debit card number. If you do not have a debit card (some don't) then please let me know and I will book on your behalf.

Payment will be made in full at the hotel (unless things change again!)

As you will note the prices are rising and negotiations are becoming tougher, there is now little flexibility even with thumb screws......if you visit the various booking website you will see that we are still getting a good deal with D&BB.

Additional:

All OTTs/ODPs are cordially invited to attend. Personal guests most welcome.

‘Please spread the word’

As this is Remembrance Weekend the venue for the Saturday trip is the National Memorial Arboretum (http://www.thenma.org.uk/) where we will lay a wreath and toast our departed colleagues at the OTT Reunited tree and plaque and pay our respects to Jimmy Harris and Pierre Naya nearby.

Corps Ties please for Saturday and Sunday (if you have one).

Lunch has been booked at the local pub.

If you have never visited the NMA this is a wonderful opportunity to do so with old friends and colleagues.

On Sunday morning we will join members of the local community in their Service of Remembrance at the Parish Church and wreath laying in the village square and after at the local hostelry for refreshments hosted by the chairman of the RBL.

Regards
Ken
