Reunion - two weeks to go

Hi All,

For those that have booked - see you in Stoke in two weeks (tomorrow)

For those not yet booked...two weeks to go. We have extended the room 'retention' period and extra rooms so you still have time to join us...booking form on site or contact Colin Fairlamb or myself.....use PM system here or via the ottreunited email address. No deposit required on booking. For cancellations (if necessary) inform the hotel by 2pm the day before.....bill payment on departure.

For those attending:

1. As in the past, we will be holding a Charity Raffle (in aid of Combat Stress) so ask all attending the Gala Dinner to bring 'something' along as a raffle prize....on arrival please touch base with Sarah/Mark Rees (raffle organisers) or Colin Fairlamb (weekend POC) with your contribution

2. For those attending the National Memorial Arboretum (NMA) trip on Sunday (currently 69). Please remember that it is March so wrap up warm and wear 'sensible' footware - high heels not suitable .....info for the ladies (of course).....unless

3. We have booked three mobility scooters at the NMA (the individuals know who they are) - if you need one let me know ASAP.

4. Following NMA visit, return to hotel for tea/cake/sandwich...and bye to those leaving.
